First purchasers step onto their land

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our “Step onto your land” event at The Ranges.

It was incredibly special to welcome our valued Stage 1, 2 and 4 purchasers as they walked on their lots for the very first time. The day was filled with excitement, laughter and that unforgettable feeling of “this is really happening.”

The Ranges Grand Opening April 2025

Strong demand for land at The Ranges continues!! A new stage of land was released on the day of the Grand Opening in April with buyers snapping up a range of lots sized from 400 to 800sqm. We welcomed 400 people to the new onsite sales centre where the large scale project model was on display so customers could see the vision for the new community. The deck also provided a great view of the construction works which are now well progressed!
